Our customers, people like you who have a passion for the history of Negro League baseball, are the reason that we're here. For the past fifteen years our customer have provided us with encouragement, inspiration and more than a few great ideas.

Over the past year many of our customers have asked about participating in the Negro League Baseball Shop as affiliates, helping to spread the word about our products and about the Negro Leagues. So, to celebrate our 15th Anniversary we are pleased to announce the launch of our Affiliate Program. This new program is designed to let you, our customer, make money doing what you've been doing all along—telling your friends, family and visitors to your website about the Negro League Baseball Shop!

Here's How It Works:

• Sign-up for the program by completing a short online application and agree to the program terms.
• Once your application has been approved we will provide you with graphics and examples of text ads to help you get started promoting your participation in our Affiliate Program.
• You will earn a commission for every purchase made at our shop that originates from one of the affiliate links you place on your site. Our current commission rate is 8%.
• We will provide you with your own "backroom" area where you can select marketing materials to use on your site, see how many times people have clicked through to NegroLeagueShop.com from links on your site, see how many sales you have made and the commissions you have earned, and track the performance of different ads on your site.
• At this time participation in our Affiliate Program is only open to residents of the United States, Canada and the U.K.

Payment

• All affiliates who have accrued commission earnings of $20 or more will be sent full payment monthly, either by postal mail, PayPal or a store gift certicate. Each affiliate will choose his or her desired form of payment.
• Payments may be made more frequently at our discretion.

Rules For Participation

• The complete terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program are set forth in our Affiliate Program Agreement which you will be asked to read and affirm during the application process.
• Basically, we just require that you use common sense and play fair—after all, fair play is what the Negro Leagues were all about, right?
• If you use product images from our site in connection with your affiliate links we ask that you save the images to your own server. Linking to the graphics on the NegroLeagueShop.com site unnecessarily uses excessive bandwidth.
• Your participation in the program is entirely voluntary and does not constitute any employment relationship between you and us. Each affiliate is responsible for accurately reporting their own income and paying their on taxes on income generated by participation in the Affiliate Program.
• We can not guarantee any amount of sales to our affiliates as the sales each affiliate produces will depend on the affiliate's own marketing efforts. No guarantees are expressed or implied on the part of NegroLeagueShop.com, Shops At The CoOp or any of our agents or representatives, beyond our payment schedule and affiliate commission amount.

Participation in the Affiliate Program is governed by the Affiliate Program Agreement. Violation of the terms of the Agreement will result in termination of affiliate status.
