companies ship orders the same day they are received. Why don't you?
Unlike
most retailers, we do not sell mass produced merchandise. Each cap, jersey,
jacket, and many
of the sweatshirts we offer are sewn one at a time,
individually for each order. In a sense, each of these items is custom made
for each customer. Each product page in our online store indicates
the sewing/production time required for each garment.
Why was my credit card charged prior to the merchandise being shipped?
If the items(s) you ordered are "made-to-order" items, the total price of your order will be charged to your credit card before the item is made or shipped. Orders for "made-to-order" or customized merchandise can not be cancelled once they have been assigned to our sewing room for production.
I do not live
in the United States. Why can't I purchase merchandise from you?
We do sell merchandise
to customers throughout the world (with the exception of a few banned countries). However, we are able to accept credit card payments only from customers within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Japan. All other international orders must be paid via bank wire transfer
If you would like
to place an order for shipment to a country that is not on our current list
of "approved" shipping destinations, please
send us email or phone us. We can usually accept payment for your order
via Western Union or bank wire transfer.
I own a retail
shop and would like to carry your merchandise in my store. How can I purchase
from you at wholesale pricing?
At the present
time we do not sell
our products to distributors or retail outlets. Our products are available
for purchase by consumers only via our online store and via orders placed
by phone.
Where can I find
a store in my area that carries your merchandise?
Our products are
not available in stores. Our products are available only in our online store.
We also accept telephone orders during normal business hours.
