Shipping Info And Policies

We ship all merchandise via the United States Postal Service. The Postal Service offers the most reliable, time efficient and inexpensive delivery service available, and service is provided to every area of the United States.

Priority Mail is our standard shipping method. Packages mailed via U.S. Priority Mail service are normally delivered in 2 to 3 business days to addresses within the continental U.S. It is, however, important to know that the U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee time specific delivery for Priority Mail packages.

Delivery Confirmation Service provides confirmation by a postal carrier of the date and time a package was delivered or delivery was attempted. If no one is at home to receive a package shipped with Delivery Confirmation the route carrier may, at his or her option, leave a notice of the attempted delivery and return the package to the post office, or simply leave the package unattended at the delivery address. The Postal Service does not provide in-transit tracking information for Priority Mail packages.

Signature Confirmation Service requires that an adult person sign for a package upon delivery. If no adult person is available to sign for a package it will be returned to the post office. Arrangements can be made with your local post office for delivery at a later time or for pickup of the package at the post office.

Insured Packages are shipped with prepaid insurance for the value of the contents. We do not normally insure packages unless specifically requested by the customer. If you would like to have your packaged insure, please contact us prior to shipment for insurance rates. If an uninsured package is left unattended at the delivery address by the postal carrier we will accept no liability for the merchandise should it be stolen or otherwise misdirected.

Express Mail Service offers guaranteed overnight delivery (to most U.S. addresses). Each Express Mail package is automatically insured for $100 (US), and end-to-end tracking information for the shipment is available both online and by telephone. Overnight delivery is not available in some rural areas.

International Shipments: We currently ship packages internationally only to Canada, Japan and the United Kingdom. Our online shipping calculator will automatically generate shipping cost for shipments to these countries.
